What are the stitching time, delivery time, and delivery charge?
Stitching takes 2–4 days (maximum). After dispatch, normal delivery takes 7–12 days, and the delivery charge is ₹90.
What is your refund and exchange policy?
Refund or exchange is allowed only if you receive a different size, different color, or a product with damage or manufacturing defect. It is not possible if you simply do not like the product, selected the wrong size, or change your mind after order confirmation. An unboxing video is mandatory as proof, and no claims will be accepted without a proper opening video.
